Can I skip a Stash Box Month?
You are in complete control! Do you need to skip a month or pause the monthly subscription? Simply log into your account between the st and 3rd of that month, click "Skip the Month," and you won't be charged.
How do I sign up for Stash Box?
Easy. Go to Box in the menus and select your box type and checkout! Once you checkout you will be enrolled in Stash Box Monthly. Once enrolled you can manage your subscription online directly from your account portal.
What happens if I forget to pause or skip my Stash Box?
It's up to you; to skip or pause before your billing date every month to avoid the $138.00 charge for the Stash Box benefits. Please contact customer support for any other questions.
