What is the cash value of points?

For every 100 points earned, you'll receive a $10 cash coupon. Points accumulate in increments of 100.
How do I redeem points and apply them toward a purchase?

You can easily redeem your rewards points at any Siesta G Dispensary. Simply add your reward code during checkout and watch as your award amount is automatically applied. If you have points in your account, feel free to choose the desired amount to use towards your purchase. It's important to note that points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the Siesta G rewards member associated with the account. Additionally, please be aware that points cannot be refunded in the event of returns.
Do my loyalty points expire?

Yes, your points will expire 365 days after the date of your last purchase.
Can I opt out of Tribe Rewards communications but continue earning points?

Certainly! You have the option to unsubscribe from Tribe Rewards emails by Siesta G and/or text messages, all while still earning points.
Can I opt out of the Tribe Loyalty rewards program?

Certainly! You have the option to decline participation in the Tribe Loyalty Rewards program. By opting out, your account will be deleted, and you will no longer accrue points or receive communications regarding Tribe Loyalty Rewards. To opt out via email, kindly send your request to support@siestag.com. Upon receipt, you will be sent a confirmation of your successful opt-out.
